Robotic non-destructive inspection services

Do you need to periodically inspect your critical production assets? Are you worried about contamination? Are you reluctant to have your staff enter confined spaces?

Invert Robotics has an innovative solution; we provide remote, robotic industrial inspections for a range of surfaces including stainless steel, glass and or rubber lined steel or in fact any smooth surface.

Why inspect?

In the food and beverage industry the quality of your product is of the utmost importance. Bacterial contamination, product-to-product contamination and human-to-product contamination all need to be minimised. To achieve this, inspections must be performed. Until recently this meant you would incur significant downtime of your critical production assets and you had to put people in confined spaces. Not anymore.

You can't afford to cut corners when it comes to maintenance

  • Less production downtime
  • Optimisation of human safety
  • Reduction of contamination risk
  • Inspection accuracy across sites

Real time results and consistent reporting

Why climbing robots?

Using our first of its kind climbing robot inspection solution, we provide unrivalled hygiene, speed, safety and accuracy.

Our robot can do what no other inspection method can, especially on non-ferrous surfaces including 304 and 316 stainless steels. They provide you with precise, 360-degree diagnostics so that you can detect cracks and defects on your equipment faster.

Our advanced sliding suction cup technology enables our robots to stick to most non-magnetic surfaces. The robots' manoeuvrability means it can inspect from a number of angles; it can even complete its inspection hanging upside down.
